Re: reverse split, I hope that idea is dead. FIBR did a reverse 1for 3 to get the price over $5.00. Instead of staying around $8.00, it's fallen under $4.00. Now the NAS is probably dead, anyway. Of course this makes it potentially a good buying opportunity. Shares outstanding went from 21 mill to 7 mill. Market Cap is about $28 million with about $100 million in sales.

I have seen it work for a benefit, however, such as with USTS (have since merged and changed symbols). They actually did a 1 for 10 and it paid off. Apparently this is rare.

If the dilution gets too heavy, they may have to do this, but not at this point. I do wish they had to file like the NAS companies do. At least we'd know how many shares are out.
