Mr. Macklin,

<< It is clear to any logical person that the purpose of acquiring such
a property is to research and develop that property for the purpose of
producing precious metals.
>>

Oh, yeah? But you don't acquire a property before it is completely researched,
right? Why are we doing research now, after the fact? Where does your so-
called "research and development" enter into this big producing precious
metals
situation you now refer to? Why does Naxos find it self in the
strange position of trying to prove any method at all that just may demonstrate
that precious metals even exist to be developed in the first place?

Why should Naxos try to develop anything except real estate?
Where does it say that Naxos' business is research into things like; How
to assay and recover precious metals from complex ores? Where does it say
that Naxos "is in the business of proving something true which heretofore
has been un-provable by acceptable industry standards"?
