Ms. Shell, You got your answer to the number of shares. I must remind you that you were very incorrect. A simple call to the TA afforded me the information you required. The number is 8MM and 61MM are in the process of being cancelled . Now you ask another question with an easily obtainable answer. Actually no. The shares that are being cancelled are insider shares and the 4,000,000 that Andy Mann, Peter Shurer and company were suppose to sell for a private placement when the stock was originally at $4.00. The stock they received was 144 and 20 minutes old before they headed north with it. Management is taking preferred shares and that is it. These shares that are going were voting shares held by insiders. WHO ELECTED to take their common stock, terminate it and receive preferred. Do some homework baby, you might like this type of diligence. If you dare to walk down that path. Which would require you to be an intelligent business woman, with some level of sophistication, I got out my dictionary for that one.
