CURRENT SHARECOUNT: 29,800,334 Common Per Transfer Agent ph 801-363-9065 A change of 1,000,000 shares this week. From what I can tell, shares issued to pay for new MDIN promotional campaign.

Mike: I feel bad about this yet, When did a SEC Attorney become a CPA???? You may find that dumb yet I dont. You see a copy of a Unaudited Financial report is just plain old ""STALL AND CHEEP PAPER"" imho..... When did an Attorney become a CPA.. Who is this Attorney and you best not say the company attorney, I dont think there in the CPA business, imho. Also there needs to be a very detailed Balance Sheet with the Audited Income Statement should it be missing there is not and I say again "NOT" any value in the simple Unaudited Financials that some may rush to order only to forget the key AUDITED FINACIALS.... Hell if I have one wish it's to see a Audited Finacial of FRONTIER ! Now that will never happen as we cannot buy into that little deal at this time. Later well that's round 5 IMO. as it's looking like the option may be given the way it's set up. Also the 15MM shares well could that be for a PP. at say 5 milllion the first wack, with two options of 5 million for the next two years??? you see that would make JIMHO a PP with a one year trade hold on the first 5 million in shares held yet it can be that someone did buy them for say .10 cents and the take would be $500,000 with the next batch in one year at say .15 cents and the final for say .18 to .20 cents...? just a opinion and question. Any way to find out?
