To All: I just completed a phone call with MS. I need some time to document it, but I'll say this: (1) It is reassuring to speak with him. I know, from my own perspective, it's more inspiring to talk directly to Mr. Sheppard than it is to read about someone else's conversation with him. (2) There are approximately 18 million shares outstanding, of which 13 million are float and 5 million are in the hands of insiders. I will transcribe the remainder of the conversation this weekend.
