Just thought of this. When Jeffry bought the shell IDCN it was worth about the same. Surely IDCN is worth a lot more now. Next 2 weeks will help fill in missing info.

OK this coming week there will be news on the buy out. Will there be an extension on the 10/1/98 deadline? Will there be any other offers from other companies? One thing is for sure, the stock will not go to .01 IMO maybe .04 to .06 on no deal or offers. Look they do have a contract to sell the garnets for abrasives-So this is an OTCB stock not for weak hands to hold! Play the hand out if you are long and see what comes this comming week if you do not have the stomach for it SELL at market on Monday. You will either win or lose, as myself even if the deal does not happen I will just hang on to the stock for a longer term investment as imo the garnet business will make them some revenue and imo that alone is worth .03 to .04. I think whoever is buying the garnets for abrasives would do well to buy the company at .375 share(if there are enough garnets to produce) for that alone much less the gold. As far as news releases it is against the law to fabricate stories to enhance price value of a stock, it happens, lawsuits happen, lawyers get the money and shareholders get very little. So sit back and relax, at 5 cents or 37.5 cents its not life or death, just a bet. Be cool and relax-negative opinions just stir strife. I am of the mind I want to make money but no one is going to cut my throat if I dont. To all have a good weekend and think about all the other good things we have in this life! Good Trading To All Tim
