I think Mr. Pink has already mentioned this, but who are the other auditors? Sure sounds like these guys went out of their way to wash their hands of it. Put that together with no real rise after the wonderful earnings report and something is very, very fishy.

No big deal. Zeller Weiss and Kahn has no offshore office so the job was handled by Peat Marwick. The transaction was clearly criminal as the business earned a 5.7% return in 1 month of operations.
