Hey--let's not knock the Bowery. Some of the best writers and artists live on those blocks south of Cooper Union....not to mention the wonderful restaurants.

I may be wrong, but I wouldn't celebrate the Piper Jaffray upgrade. Isn't this the clown that saw AMD making something like $2 profit this year????
