( Bulletin Board; AKIS ), in Palm Beach Gardens, said its first Pizza Place drive-through pizza unit is expected to be delivered today from a Missouri factory. The kiosk, which sits in six parking lot spaces, will be the prototype for the company, which plans to franchise the concept starting at $89,900 per store. The kiosks will serve fresh brick oven-baked pizza to drive-through or walk-up customers in two and a half minutes
