sadly shoot, as we have discussed in the past few parents take the time to raise their children much less squeeze fresh juice for them,
in a perfect world this would be the case, since we live in this world not a perfect world i believe a better comparison would be between tcbg's juice content and kraft capri sun the industry leader with a 50% market share. them we have beat hands down in respect to nutritional content, jon d is the juicemeister general imo

I use a juicer too.

most people are really lazy.REALLY LAZYIf they weren't no one would buy Mcdonalds or Hefty cinch sacs.

Hey anyone can cook a better less expensive burger than mcdees

and hefties, why pay $2 more a box because it comes with built in pull straps when you can use twist ties?

They call it convenience, I call it the instant gratificatio, lazy factor.

If the pouch is less messy and doen't need to be refigerated, the 85% of the population that is lazy will buy.

I guess that is kind of blunt, but hey I'm french, we are blunt.

Anyway. If it is supposedly easier to use, then it will sell.

Still amazes me that people buy zoodles, or that they order in pizza.

But for every cheap skate like me their are 9 others that will do it.

No teachers though, they are far too cheap, but that is a completely different thread isn't it.

>>Pastuerization kills life as well as bacteria. Destroys enzymes and then requires nutrients to be replaced.<<

Ah, but the genereal public is not as well informed as you are! Most people see the label "100% juice" and believe it is as good as fresh squeezed.

Point being, if TCBG gets 100% juice AND has the convenient packaging, don't you think nutrient-conscious parents will buy all they can? This is precisely why Pepsi is going for the Tropicana/OJ market. When consumers see the label "PURE JUICE-NOT FROM CONCENTRATE" (such as in the Tropicana Pure Premium) they "believe" it is like "fresh squeezed" and contains all the natural nutrients.

And CONVENIENCE plays a strong hand in today's hurry-up world. Few people, if any, squeeze their own OJ, let alone "squeezing" their own aapples & grapes etc.
