She was heating up more than pizza!

Well DohBoy if I were a vegetable there is no doubt that you and the President would surely eat me. So let's have a look at your newest installment-

<<<The president was asked whether he was alone with Lewinsky. He said on a couple of occasions he may have been alone in the pantry while she heated up pizza. Otherwise he didn't recall.>>>

Simply because you say "I don't recall" does not mean that is sufficient evidence to prove you are telling the truth. To put it bluntly, if you say you recall maybe seeing her alone in a pantry and it is a proven fact that you were receiving long periods of oral sex by the subject then you are guilty of perjury.

<<< He was asked whether he got gifts from her. Might've. Does not recall.

Acceptance of a gift and your personal use of that gift is enough to constitute knowledge of receiving that gift. If you acknowledge your receipt of a gift and say later that you don't recall then you are committing perjury.

<<<<He was asked whether he gave gifts to ML. Might've. Does not recall. Why do you think it's so easy to make perjury out of that?>>>

Let me remind you of something. Erhlichman, Haldeman, Mitchell, and Colson recalled very little. However, that didn't keep them out of jail. The fact that they weren't sent to prison for perjury is because the cases brought against them were for other violations of the law and therefore academic. Had they originally been charged with perjury "I don't recall" would have been a flimsy defense and in Mr. Clinton's case it would or will collapse under the weight of evidence to the contrary. I know of very few court rooms in which "selective memory disorder" has been used as a defense successfully. Perhaps you believe Mr. Clinton can but if you would like to bet on it I'll give you 2-1 right off the bat.

I am curious about something? Have you ever used an English dictionary? If you know how to use one could you please look up the word perjury? If you have trouble finding the "P" section I will be more than happy to post the definition for you. You will find that perfury is not limited to bald faced lies. Surprisingly, the law defines it in similar fashion as Noah Webster.
