Not quite right - I see that none of you try to think as if you were in charge.

If I were in charge:

Prequisite: I have nothing to fear.

a) I would not waste 5 seconds on the futile accusations flying over the board here at SI -

b) I would welcome a SEC investigation, for two reasons:
--1) Would give me the opportunity to make all my cousins rich - as they could buy more at even lower price -
--2) The job that I pay people to do today would be done at the cost of the gov. (read taxpayers)

Opposite situation: I have something to fear.

I would fight the accusations - fearing the SEC investigation.

----------

In addition to the above - IMO Things like issuing shares are filed with local government when done, I do not know but maybe even at SEC - The only reason we do not see it is that the status of public filing is not reached - and filings before that are not public accessible.
