Regis,

I'll start out by saying I am short MRVC. I was burned by ANCR who at the time had the state of the art fastest fibre channel equipment. They also had the worst management in America, and they were not able to execute. Their stock was at 45 a few years ago, now they are at 1. They always had the revenue growth, just no earnings growth to match. That finally gave way to negative earnings, and now zero revenue for the most recent quarter, yes that's right a company with an entire quarter with sales of zero. INPR (former Borland) is in the same straits i.e., management that has tons of promises but no execution. That is my biggest concern for MRVC and is why I am short. ANCR, and INPR (Borland) taught me that you can make the best products in the world, but if you have management that is not Wall Street adept, the stock never reflects the company's value.
