Stock Bull, why do you think this makes any difference at all? We are regaled from time to time with stories of doom and gloom from the TAers. We hear of double tops and head and shoulders. We hear of black birds and the rest of the arcana of chartists. Yet the fact is that Dell is currently selling at roughly three times what it sold for at this time last year. Furthermore, all indications are that business remains robust, expansion plans are moving along nicely, and that the difficult pricing environment seems to be coming to an end. Yet you seize on the fact that Dell closed near its low of the day.

This is meaningless.

Like I said before, keep your eye on the donut, not the hole!

Bull - A few things to consider:

1) Today was options expiration and MMs frequently put the pressure on to keep stock prices down because they are up to their ears in the calls they have written. Options expiration is not a normal day.

2) The bombings are worth about a 48 hour scare while everybody tries to find out who makes missiles (77 million eaten up in 15 minutes).

3) Usually a good time for a stock is just before and just after the split which we have coming shortly.

4) Regardless of what anyone says, Mike says things look up. I watched him on CNBC and he sounded very convincing - not just fluff talk. China and the Americas have nothing but growth ahead.

There was entirely too much uncertainty this week. Panic set in Friday , profit taking was past due.

Any good news over the weekend will fuel a rally.

Relax, Dell will set new highs soon.

Best wishes
