If there ever was an example of lies,scam and fraud, then Caye Chapel fits. All the fine outstanding directors are hiding and trying to claim that they NEVER WERE INVOLVED. The auditor says he reported what management made available. THEN WHO IS RESPONSIBLE??? Blame everything on Robin Frederick Burditt, the well supported lady and the new wife of Allen Burditt, and President of Churchill. Blame everything on Allen Burditt. Blame everything on Omar, the flunky, who did the posting and acted as the agent of Burditt. The shareholders must file lawsuits or they will lose everything. The one asset remaining; the 800,000 shares of Titan, now called PWRX. Do not let Burditt or (Churchill, his front company alias) steal that one valuable asset.<YOU ARE WARNED>
