I too have a "theory"

<CoNspIracy theory> (If only there was a "D" I could spell IDCN)

It's just too easy for the average person to buy and sell stocks these days very quickly! Some may be using their "phone broker" but many are getting their info from the net on places like SI. I think there are several investors with a few million dollars that like to play games with the penny stocks and have a lot of fun watching us blame MM's and blame the company and blame each other while they are in control of the stock price and making money. Do you really think the MM's spend all day trying to manipulate stocks that are under $.25? I don't know but I doubt it. Think of all the stocks out there. There are only so many hours in a day and would think they are too busy watching the big boards. Most of the bid/ask prices have a high spread because they don't want to get stuck with them. They could care less if they sell in BB penny stock! I think the huge buys at the end of WED were probably MM's covering their shorts because of the sudden surprise in volume, but the rest were probably just investors who just don't believe the press release or they are just watching momentum and nothing else. I am totally guessing, but unless someone else can prove me wrong I like my theory as much as anyone else.

Is this a scam or a great opportunity? I don't know! I'm still in and I may add more if we can get some more detailed information on who exactly is offering the buyout! I probably won't say much more unless I learn more. Do your own DD. MRF
