Evan: I too read the financials today and will second your statement. Based on their report, I am going to do a bunch more dd. After I re-read their press releases, and re-review their web page, I'm going to ask Mark at IR a whole bunch of questions about the structure of their new arrangements (namely how these arrangements finally generate revenue), how they incurred debt, the nature of their long term debt, the status of the lawsuit with the company they were going to merge with, and whether they are using stock issues in lieu of cash payments in any of their dealings. This last item concerns me particularly, because of the possibilities of dilution ie many more shares coming into the float. Though my DD so far says that this company could be a nice find allowing for considerable capital appreciation in a short period of time. To say the least, the financials didn't try to hide anything and in the context of bb's that is quite a refreshing approach. ztect
