give me a break? this is a risky stock was a risky stock and people should know that. the problem i see is this downturn in small caps wiped out lot of unsophisticated investors that should have been buying bonds rather then buying individual growth stocks that are risky like any investments private or public. i mean half the russell 2000 looks like intelidata and frankly i think its a good SPECUALATIVE INVESTMENT. its the stock market you can lose all your money. i think intd has made a good choice to discontinue operations they don't like and concentrate on home banking business which they just hired an outside manager to run the company. the have great contracts and work with msft, ibm, citicorp, and should continue to see more contracts. itt seems to me you got smoked in the stock and now your crying sour grapes. also, the company just reported its smallest loss in long time and could be profitable by year end. in addition, they are tring to sell soho business to raise cash and the home financial company is put at zero on the books but they state it worth minimum 15 million. you sound like a lawyer or ambulance chaser . its the market if intd was going to get sued today it not the time because the company has made positive changes and i think it a double by year end. stocks go up and stocks go down and their lot of risk in all stocks big or small if you don't like go buy bonds or mutual funds. i mean their lot other candidates that you can try to sue then this one or floating this up on the web is pretty low in my opinion. most people on the conferance call with intd or in the stock is preety happy with the changes the company is making. also, the options were for employees to encourage them to stay and increase shareholder value. the change in option does not apply to the president or ceo. you guys must be desperate for business if you playing around with a 1doller stock like intd.
