Thanks, that helps. That means we traded ~7.5% of the outstanding, which explains movement with the volume being 28,000. I've gotten too used to 3-4 million shares causing no movement, but as I said, I'd lost track.

I have no problem with the board recieving compensation. I don't think anyone else should either, all things considered.
