how can i find independent confirmation of domingos loricchio and his credentials specifically did he work for bayer aspirin in 1963, did he help the us beat russia into space, is the brazilian government shareholders of aznt, does aznt have an exclusive export agreement of some sort with the brazilian goverment regarding their products harvested from the rain forest these are things i am seeking independent verification of from other legitimate sources besides aznt mgmt, i think this will be huge but i want to know everything
i can about this company, i like to know what i am rooting for.

What possibly can be considered unique regarding the intellectual property issue you raise? I will check with Grant Thornton on this on Monday.

One issue , pertaining to this, and which has been confirmed by the SEC, is the issue of putting a value on a intellectual property.
Current financials cannot be audited until the SEC assists in it's definition of evaluating an intellectual property.
