Hi Max, If you weren't aware ..... on the NYSE the specialists take orders from large investors and institutions whereby the order is executed "on the close". It is pretty much a market order .... with the exception that it does not fill until the market close. This is likely what you saw. Amigo Mike

Max, Obviously someone didn't want to hold over the weekend...I still don't understand the crazy moves I see on some stocks...who knows?...but...we decided we needed to add some gold to our portfolio...and I said to the hubby...well, our annivarsary is coming up...how about a new gold watch for me?...well.....somehow he didn't think that qualified as a gold investment in our portfolio..so we bought NEM instead....hahahahaahahhahah oh well....but you should see the slick gadget he bought me...it is called a U. are U. by digitalPersona, it's a fingerprint recognition system....I am always forgetting my passwords...happens all the time...and I even forget to write them down..so..this handy little gadget is a sensor that plugs in the computer and you input your passwords...then you just touch your finger to the pad and bingo.....you are in...and only I can access my programs...you can have a couple of people use it...but the main administrator dictates who is allowed where on the system...it is great..so far so good...it is so cool...you hit the pad and the program opens.....I love it!!!!!!
