when is someones privacy sacred and when are they fair game?

Paid professionals who hype stock online without disclosing their relationship to the company who's footing the bill are acting in contravention of the Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934.

That makes them fair game. I would not, however, expose such a person without being very sure I had the right guy. YOU were the one who brought this up. I am, in fact, satisfied that Jimbo is not Jimmy Carter, though he may know him. Or not.

Carter was banned for life from dealing in securities. You think that's okay?
