JPR: Yeah I know I guess I better get back there,eh? <gg> I am printing this one and framing it and sending the link of the article (in case they missed it) via email to all the political parties with websites.I know BJP and the Commies have it and I will look for others. PS:I don't know I told you this,my dad spent about 4-5 years in jail fighting the dumb-ass brits while in college,in other words he was a freedom fighter. As for the Presidential system I don't know how practical it is for a country like India but anything should be better than this or is it? There were several articles in Rediff and other publications arguing the pros and cons of the Presidential system a while back but I don't recall the details.
