Geez, there are some great theories flyin' around here...It's kinda' like reading a murder mystery novel!:) Well, I have a question based on this section of a past release: "VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 1998--Indocan Resources Inc. (OTC BB:IDCN) The board of directors announces that on June 10th the Company offered 8,000,000 fully paid and non-assessable shares of its Common Stock for $1,000,000 and has now completed the transaction." Most (if not all) of the other releases state that the shares are 'restricted from sale for at least one year'. What does non-assessible mean. Are these shares tradeable now? SR
