That's a mighty tall order - historical L2 data, and for free, at that! I don't know of any of the "for pay" L2 services that even offer what you want. This is a LOT of data! Most subscription services have time & sales data, which you can review historically - typically the past 5 days or so. But I've never seen anybody keep historical L2 data.
