Dear Rob - yes, I am still around. I am still holding BVSI, but I ve not looked at the stock tickers for awhile. Yikes, that hurts! Anyway, I am hoping today decline, on top of a broad base selloff, is a indiscriminate guilt by association. If BVSI has sold the division to Source Media [let's hope the former has already collected all the mony,] there is no reason the lawsuit has anything to do with BVSI. BVSI has nothing to do with the suit. BVSI is no a defendant. BVSI does not do Source Media's books.

So, the crucial thing is to see if BVSI has realized the gain in cash [and not receiveables] form.

Aside from this, another possible connection is the latam markets. Brazil took a major hit today. Since BVSI has tried to drum up some biz in that country, another case of guilt by association.

Yikes, forgot another bad case of guilt by association. SmallTalk was also cooking the books.

As far as BVSI is concerned, I think most people here have dotted all the "i"s and crossed all the "t"s, its books seem to be clean.

Well, keep us posted.

best, Bosco
