Well, what I'm looking for is a source of a large number of shares that are not restricted that may have been involved in a recent deal.

One possible scam is that if the 4 investors that got the 8m shares at roughly .13 each are working thru CMI as the 'investors' in the buyout. They make the offer, try to double their money BEFORE the deadline and then back out of the deal before it ever happens...I obviously don't like this thought...and they haven't seen a price high enough to make any money yet.

SS--On the subject of MM manipulation

The most blatant case I've seen of this is in QTNT. I don't have level II but I sometimes spend a lot of time watching FREEREALTIME and livecharts on quote.com. Last week after MoneyMade put out a buy recommendation I started watching QTNT. For 2-3 straight days the buys (and buy volume) outnumbered sells at least 10:1 When I started watching this stock was at @ $.70/share. Three days later it was in the $.40 territory. I couldn't believe my eyes. Trade after trade was going through at the ask, but even without a trade at the bid the MMs just kept walking the price down. I'm still at a loss to figure why, but that's a subject for another thread.

My point here is that the MMs work for their own agenda and the most we can do is try to guess what that agenda is and hope we can profit in spite of it. I don't think IDCN is being manipulated right now. I see numerous and large sells going through, especially today. I subscribe to the notion that many are here for the quick runup to .37 but weren't willing to wait more than a couple of days. The market makers probably sold many of the shares they bought back today at an effective spread of 3-4 cents.

Maybe some MMs are stockpiling. I would think they would be in anticipation of a runup because I don't think they can hold this down forever. Further confirmation of the facts as they are now known (thank you for your efforts) will ease the minds and many investors and traders over the next few days and those that believe will continue to buy and hold. Given that scenario, the price has to go up eventually...

As always, this is only MHO
