However, this trampling of CIEN shows that LU can survive on its own very well. Please elaborate on this view. I fail to see LU's multiservice ATM products, imbedded customers, and experience engineering team. I think that it's worth noting that in many cases companies find it less expensive to acquire a company to get quality people than to hire them one by one. So, given ASND, technology, cusotmer base, and engineering talent.... I'm not sure LU want's to go without...if nothing else as a protective measure. OG
