'Phytogenics' is the intellectual property of Dr. Lorrichio. Dr. Lorrichio, assisted by complex computers which can build new products with complex ingredients contained in leaves, bark, etc., can actually imitate what happens in nature in the laboratory to produce wonderful phytogenic products.

- sounds like a pretty nebulous claim. What natural processes are imitated in the laboratory? growth? decay? reproduction? is that particularly difficult? I mean, you or I could combine complex ingredients contained in bark, leaves, etc. using a blender...how much are we worth??? Or does the good Dr. claim that the word 'phytogenics' is his intellectual property??

AZNT, the Dr. and the SEC are currently held-up attempting to evaluate the value of an intellectual property.

I'm not surprised. Difficult to see how the study of plants constitutes an "intellectual property", really. Just my opinion, of course, but Loricchio sounds like a crank, or...
