Ed, Clinton didn't lie simply "about sex". If you recall, this whole thing started because Clinton was defending himself against charges of sexual harassment -- a slightly different matter than simple consentual sex. And Clinton lied big-time when he was deposed by the Jones court. If you tell yourself "this is just about sex" enough times, you might even start believing it yourself. But America, I'm convinced, knows better. Many Republicans even say that they wish the Lewinsky matter would go away so that attention can again be given to the other numerous scandals under way. Did you know that IBD reported today that the Justice Dept has a memo in which Al Gore discussed ways in which funds could be raised by the Democratic National Committee, and then diverted directly to the Clinton-Gore Presidential campaign? Illegal. Highly. That's only the latest. The sex thing is just a side show to the whole smarmy picture of this thoroughly corrupt administration.
