Hi Goolie, No one has asked basic questions like this in a long time. Here are some answers from memory.
1. As is typical, the April filing was returned with additional questions. By then the financials were stale so TGSK waited until after the 2nd qtr financials to refile. It has been further delayed probably until late next week due to the rights offering. If this sounds suspicious to you, I strongly urge you to do more DD and or wait for the filing to show up on EDGAR.
2. TGSK's books are audited by a Mexican auditor named Jonh Reyes who has a CPA firm in Mexico. I posted his phone number and address months ago on this thread. The second quarter numbers were also reviewed by a US CPA from Florida. Sitra can give you his name, address, phone, etc. I have seen his name mentioned but don't remember seeing an address or phone number. I remember seeing both an income statement and balance sheet on the web site.
3. Distributors supply product to retailers, TGSK sells very little to end users. A distributors primary function is to maintain an inventory for a large number of retailers. I believe TGSK's current count is some 40 retailers and growing. I would guess their gross margins are worse than retailers but their net margins might be better. I suspect their turnover is much better.
4. Revenue = gross sales. This includes cost of goods sold plus gross profit. This is clearly indicated on the income statement.
5. I was under the impression that Colin has been doing business in Mexico for 18 years. I believe TGSK has been distributing marine supplies in Mexico for 6-8 years.

Please do not rely exclusively on my memory. I strongly suggest you go back and read the entire thread as part of you DD. It's only 2000 posts, entertaining as hell, and will point you in the right direction. Be advised some of it may seem too good to be true and some of it you just may not believe if you haven't been through it.
Rgrds, Bill Purcell
