Dann,

On the press release from Melita dated 8/18, the following announcements were made:

* Bill Dumont promoted to SVP, Worldwide Sales
* John Lamb appointed to VP, Strategic Product Marketing
* Dan Lowring named CFO and VP, Corporate Planning, HR and Investor Relations (He has been with Melita since 1990, I believe I met Dan at their shareholder's meeting).
* Mark Adams, formerly CFO and VP, has elected to pursue interests outside the company.

I think it is time for us to call Dan.

Dann,

Spoke with an analyst who covers MELI today. He said that the CFO left to pursue other opportunities (nothing negative or any issues to be concerned about with his departure) and that the business continues to execute well!
