Share Price Elasticity

RE: "ELNK isn't bulletproof but sure seems to hold it's own in stormy seas." PeterR1700

Hal' Fearless Prediction:
Based on Friday's action, ELINK appears very elastic with respect to dramatic market down turns.

This current market downturn is related to general market wide investor worries about liquidity. The apparent short term catalyst has been financial and political instability in Russia, a situation that seems to have abated politically somewhat over this weekend.

I would expect the market to temporarily restore some of ELNK's share value early Monday. However, substantial and sustained market drops often lead to market weaknesses within two to three trading sessions due to margin call liquidations.

So, next week, I expect ELNK to fluctuate much more than usual, but unlike the general market, I do not expect ELNK to settle in to a stay at its current low level.

My expectation is that ELNK's apparent accelerated growth in customer base over the last 45 days will propel the shares back up to the $45 level by mid-September.

We have two very important investor milestones to look forward over the next 90 - 120 days:

* The One Million customer mark.

* Break Even on Earnings

The net effect of reaching these milestones will be a general validation of the Earthlink Business Model within the investing public. In many respects we are already being compared to AOL when it had only 700,000 customers and sold for a fraction of what it sells for now.

As you can tell, I am very Bullish on this stock!

Hal
