John: I am "assuming" that we got something of value in Symbios for our 5.50 a share. A net of zero is right. But we are supposedly gathering 650 million more in sales which the LSI IR guy told me were profitable to the tune of about 10% of sales on the bottom line.

So I definitely see your point, but don't think anything about Symbios is priced into the LSI stock. I was just trying to point out that we just bought something the semiconductor market valued at 650 million or 5.50 per LSI share. One albeit slightly skewed way of looking at things is that we know Symbios was worth 5.50. (at least thats what LSI thought), so of our $15 dollar price now, Symbios represents some part.
