From the posted FDA article:

"According to the final rule, a "health claim" is any claim on the package label or other labeling (such as an ad) of a food, including fish and game meats, that characterizes the relationship of any nutrient or other substance in the food to a disease or health-related condition."

In #reply-5561209 (the post I was replying to) many of the listed products appear targeted at specific disease indications. To make use of the supposed* effects on the indicated conditions in promoting the product, AZNT would appear to fall under the limitations in the article I posted.

* Is there any evidence of efficacy for any of these products for their supposed indications?

Did some DD here......everything looks so familiar except your posts. It appears that you have taken on a new style of posting....very gentile.....is that your new strategy?

Financials from freeedgar......last audited ones are dismal. Recent (unadited) ones are not much better unless you are impressed by rent, salaries, car rental and professional services. Big numbers for such a small company.

Website reminds me of another company that thought investors would be impressed by a building in Tensleep.

Management claims of shorts also sounds familiar.....except this company has gone much further by documenting all kinds of legal actions......could be just a ruse similar to the actions taken with other stocks to convince investors that the "short squeeze" is real.

Eight million shares still hanging out there would be enough to make somebody rich...wouldn't it?

Actually, I'm looking forward to this one working out. I would like to see a squeeze play out.....because I would like to see what happens when it peaks out and starts to fall. What happens to those who buy into the squeeze just before the peak and watch it fall back to its fundamental levels......Hmmmmmmmm.
