I couldn't care less what Bubba does and with whom, or the myriad positions or any of that. HiTech, news articles have quoted "sources" as saying that Monica, in her second grand jury appearance, may have contradicted Clinton's evident claim (by saying he technically in a legal sense told the truth in the Jones deposition) that the the only sex they had didn't meet the his lawyers' interpretation of the court's definition of sex. In other words, it may be that Monica may have told the Grand Jury that Clinton sexually stimulated Monica, thus nullifying the idea that Clinton didn't "have sex" because he was not an aggresser, but purely a recipient.
