I am looking at the charts. I dont see what gambling you are talking about. NETA had repeated this pattern at least 3 times by now since JAN of this year. And quite a few more the last year.
Actually I was short NETA the day of the solomon downgrade but covered at 63 only to see it go down to 52 so I am the worst short there is, Also I bought at 77 last year to see it go down to 62 as well so heck if I know how to play this stock.

Concerning CIEN I see support around 24 and 30 so the stock ended up there.
