John, I'll bite on this dilution thing. I'll first say that
those are applications to sell not actual sales. If I came into
a lot of shares the first thing I'd do is apply to sell, not
necessarily sell.

I'd like a little more information if you will. It would take
me days or weeks to study up on ways that companies grant/create
shares.

I don't think it's a big deal for a few guys to sell their
stock. Don't a lot of companies give stock options, stock
bonuses at sign on, and stock purchase programs.

Where do those shares come from or the discounts on the plans.
I'd be curious to know what Turbodyne is doing differently than
other similar companies.
