I not sure I understand the share issues you ask about. I believe that the transfer agent would have to have an accurate count. 47 mil outstanding shares is what the told several of us. 15 mil are restricted and are owned by former Prodigy owners. If the float is say 13 mil. That makes 20 mil remaining shares that I understand to be restricted but I do not know has. I will check and try to account for as much of that as I can.
