I don't view this as a pump and dump.
First of all, when I have seen promotional
situations like FAMH and others, the company
hires several promotors and pays them with
huge blocks of shares.
Some of these bb companies may be legit, but I
have had the promotional companies tell me
that they plan to sell once it gets pumps up.
Those PR companies pay newsletters to put them out and
even find SI people and get them to hype.

So back to IDCN
Only one company is in the IR promotional loop: CMI.
No newsletters are hyping. Find me one newsletter picking it. Some scam, that would be the first step.
I am not paid to hype it, as a matter of fact I will tell everyone
this is risk. I don't see any paid hyster here or anywhere else,
but I have been fooled before.

If they wanted to pump and dump, a lot more shares would have been issued as well and would have gone to promoters.
There is less than 20 mil that I need to find out who own,
if I can. But I am not worried about the share count, the company
seems to issue shares for good reasons.
They bought Prodigy Resources and got operational money.
If CMI gets some restricted shares, which I am not sure they
did, I think that reasonable.

I view CMI as a consultant to help get investors.
I checked with Seine River Resources because
Serge Talon had some shares I believe with them.
One person there at the company told me they
had worked with him on other projects and that they were
friends.
Mr. Metals, what do you think of Seine River Resources?
