Was that 10 million private placement recorded anyware? Also if this is indeed a done deal they did not give themselve's much wiggle room. It clearly states that the offer was till Sept 1. And that news of a share holders meeting and news of the Dead line for share buying will be announced this coming week. One would think on Monday or Tuesday. We have seen no Dumping yet and with out the PR there will be no PUMPING. So even though there are many questions to be answered it would seem like this is not what one would call a classic Pump And Dump.There are many claims attached with names and Numbers. Too many people held accountable. For them to get together and risk prosecution for this amount of money does not seem like likely. They know that if they try to dump shares before news of Share holders meeting the price would go down to nothing. So if a major dump was to occure it would have to be at a time with tremendous volume and skyrockting prices. This ought to be a interesting week.
