I agree with you, however, the upside potential is much too attractive to ignore. I invest the bulk of my money in Mutual Funds to benefit from the general strong US economy. However, I'm still looking for cheap stocks that can achieve 1000% returns. Algo is such a company. If they weren't so screwed up the stock would already be at $4.00 . So their problems is our opportunity. The company still has a book value of $1.50/share and is currently enjoying a very strong 3rd quarter. They know where and how to cut costs and have already achieved improved margins. It takes patience when you are investing in turnaround situations. I still have lots of reasons to remain optimistic. Wait until the third quarter results come in. I think we will be all pleasantly surprised.
