Bmart,

unfortunately you deliberately avoided answering my question.

HOW DID MANAGEMENT COME TO OWN 50+MILLION SHARES OF AZNT IN THE FIRST PLACE???

And when they retire their common for preferred, WHAT WILL BE THE CONVERSION RATIOS AND RIGHTS?? 1 for 1, 10 for 1, 100 for 1??

I don't care that they say they are retiring it, I want to know what they did to earn this quantity of stock in the first place. And I would like to know when the conversion to Preferred is finished.

Until the conversion is accomplished, you have a huge quantity of shares hanging overhead and little guarantee that management won't double cross you and and sell it back into the market.

Suggest you study up on Nevada Corporations and the liberal registration regulations they have. Might explain that 17 million shares.

The risk/reward ratio certainly is not improving here, IMO.

Be nimble and trust nobody except those providing verifiable information and evidence. If this was as easy as it sounds, then all alledgedly "victimized" companies would be doing this.

Regards,

Ron
