These are the same people.I'm guessing that backed out on the Private placement and came up with this offer instead since no 144's have been filed. There are so many things going on, if we could get outside confermation on any we could rest easy. But so far I have nor seen any. Does anyone have any outside confirmation on any of these issues?

Just a thought.

A European investor paid .40/share for 10 million shares. That is approx. 21% of the shares outstanding.

The vote for the buyout requires an 80% approval. If you just paid .40/sh would you vote for a buyout of .375/sh. ?

I think the key here is that the $4 mil. placement was to a European Investor(s). and the buyout offer is from European investors.

My point: Unless the same investors that bought the 10 million shares at .40 are the same investors who are offering the buyout, they have the 21% right to deny this buyout.

I am invested in this company, but I think the biggest thing we have to find out is who are the 2 European parties involved. If they are not the same, this is bad. If they are the same, this all makes sense. They would already own 10 million shares of the S/O.
