I can understand your frusrations--seeing your investment losing value from a recent high of $92 to $28.

The 28.125 print was out of sequence. Form T can mean a lot of things such as after hours print or out of sequence.

Boris Yeltzin strictly ruled out a devaluation of the rouble.
(the next day the rouble band was practically abolished).

CIEN still sticks to a broken deal. CIEN tries to keep quiet their shareholders.
