"What I'm saying is that the 4 million dollar deal never happened and it got exstended to a buyout" What gives you any indication this did not happen? This statement uses past tense, not intention! From the press release: "The company has accepted USD $4,000,000 from a European investor in exchange for 10,000,000 shares being issued pursuant to Rule 144." Questions: Are the investors in the buyout the same as the investors in the PP? and who are they? Why the secrecy about their names? I'm not trying to knock the stock. I'm trying to look at the facts, instead of speculating. Sandbag
