Bruce,

I read just the opposite with Friday's trading. It has been my experience that making new lows on low volume is a very bad sign in the short term. It means that the new lows being produced by the weak longs selling their positions, is not attracting any big players to the newly produced low price. I will be covering my short in this stock when I see the telltale sign of a bottom in my experience, which is a substantially lower low on any absolutely massive volume without the close being on the low. This generally means that the large player could not abide the latest low and see it as a bargain. Just my opinion though.

Bruce, not much to MRVC talk about.

The 10q is out, the conference call was very clear, and that is about it. Company looks to be in good shape, set to make another fine quarter, with improving revinues, decreasing inventories, DSOs, and hopefully more influence from Xyplex as they get integrated.

The Pink arguement is the company is crooked; they fooled INTC, and Whitaker auditors, and they fooled the PRU auditors, too. They have fooled everyone but Pink, who "Does Not Lie", but does have a short position.

There is nothing we can do but bicker- there are no facts to support any allegations of being guilty of anything but being a small/mid cap stock.

I think the low volume is significant. When the volume picks up, so will the price.

I'm pretty content with my position now, so I think I'll shut up, lay low, and watch.
