Ted, Thanks for your kinds words and, more important, your analysis on Pair. I have to agree with you that the French-connection is compelling, particularly when I see that the same cast of characters did the same thing before the Digi deal. Even if no merger (and it is best to play the game without that consideration in mind), you can't fault a company too much that has so much cash on hand and continues to earn what it does. When/if the mid-caps ever rally, Pair should go with them. Regards, Gary Korn
