<<<There can be no question. Clinton certainly has a weakness for the ladies.>>>

Unfortunately, this is only one of Mr. Clinton's problems.

<<<But I still like him, which is more than I can say for Lucianne, Ms. Tripp, the right wing assholes fouling AM radio every day, and all the other Clinton haters...THERE'S a likable bunch, aye?>>>

Well, there are men out there who look up to a guy who gets more trim then them. I happen to not be one of them. As for those right-wing assholes I must say it is at least refreshing to hear something that at least bears some semblance to the truth after listening to Mr. Clinton and watching his staff give their impersonation of the Keystone Kops.

<<<Then, Ollie has the nerve to go on national TV and suggest that this is some kind of "wag the dog" deal. Clinton never shipped lethal weapons to a terrorist state, then lied about it. Wonder how many Kurds died because of that decision?>>>

I don't know, why don't you ask the Tibetans and the Taiwanese?

The West was arming Iran in the early 80's since Iraq was routing Iran at that point. Iran needed spare parts and weapons to fend off Iraq to a stalemate. Would you rather Iraq have captured Iran? The stalemate also contributed to the collapse in the oil prices in the 80's. Both regimes and their supporters in the region were heavily in debt and started exceeding their quotas in order to pay off their debts. Interesting how the Democratic Congress was against supporting opposition to two Soviet client states: Iraq and Nicaragua.
