Looks like Clinton's Wag the Dog trick was a stupid thing to do. The paper reported today that bin Laden's support among the Muslims world wide has jumped from 30% to 80%. Reagan, who was trusted and respected by foreign leaders, did not anger most of the Muslims when he bombed Libya. There are ways to smooth the road before launching an attack. The missile attack comes across as being a cowboy maneuver by a reckless president with no credibility left. Got problems at home? Blow up a bunch of Muslims.
